What is Limbo?
Limbo is a Provably Fair crypto casino game where you set a target multiplier and bet on whether the random multiplier will reach it. Unlike Crash, the game doesn't escalate — instead, a single random multiplier is generated per round, and you win if it equals or exceeds your target. Simple, fast, and pure skill-free RNG.
How Limbo Works
- Set your target: Enter a multiplier (e.g. 2×, 5×, 100×) — your minimum to win.
- Place your bet: Any amount in crypto.
- Result: The game generates a random multiplier. If it's ≥ your target, you win bet × target.
Win Probability Formula
The probability of winning = 99% ÷ target multiplier (the 1% is house edge). So:
- Target 2× → 49.5% win chance, pays 2× your bet
- Target 10× → 9.9% win chance, pays 10× your bet
- Target 100× → 0.99% win chance, pays 100× your bet
- Target 1000× → 0.099% win chance, pays 1000× your bet
Strategy: Finding Your Edge
All targets have the same expected value (-1% house edge), so there's no mathematically superior strategy. However:
- Low multipliers (2–3×): Very frequent wins — good for grinding bonuses or rakeback.
- High multipliers (100×+): Rare big wins — good for bonus hunting or entertainment.
- Mid-range (5–20×): Balanced risk — popular for Martingale-style strategies (risky).
Limbo vs Crash
In Crash, the multiplier rises until it crashes, and timing matters. In Limbo, one multiplier is generated instantly per round — no timing skill, pure probability. Limbo is faster and uses less bandwidth, making it ideal for mobile play or batch autoplay sessions.
