A former little league baseball club president in Las Vegas is accused of embezzling tens of thousands of dollars from his league and spending it on casino gambling, strip clubs, and even erectile‑dysfunction medication, according to a police arrest report.

Steve Rodriguez Prado, 38, a resident of Henderson, Nevada, was arrested on Thursday, July 2, 2026, by Las Vegas police officers. Following his processing at the Clark County Detention Center, Prado was released after posting bond.

The investigation into Prado’s activities was initiated in March 2026, after officials with the Central Little League of Las Vegas reached out to law enforcement to report suspicious financial discrepancies. Upon reviewing the league’s bank statements and transaction logs, detectives determined that Prado had allegedly misappropriated more than $64,000 in league funds over a period of less than five months.

According to police reports, more than $55,000 of that total was funneled through unauthorized Zelle transfers.

In addition to the personal purchases mentioned above, investigators said the league unknowingly covered $258 in sports bets at the Caesars Palace sportsbook, along with $1,284 in charges at the Bellagio’s Baccara bar. Prado allegedly also paid his bills with the Nevada DMV, Geico insurance, and a video-game subscription service.

The Naked Truth

By far Prado’s standout alleged expense was the $1,351 he charged to the league’s account from Las Toxicas on Jan. 20, 2026. A Strip club better known by its former name, Cheetah’s, Las Toxicas advertises “the most seductive Latina entertainers in Las Vegas.”

Police said Prado’s tab included an $800 bottle of Don Julio 1942, a bucket of Modelo beer, gratuity, tip, and a “privacy fee.” In an alleged purchase that may or may not be related to that one, police also allege that Prado bought $294 worth of Blue Chew, an erectile‑dysfunction medication, with league funds.

To mask his misdeeds, police say Prado provided the league with altered Wells Fargo bank statements.

According to the arrest report, Prado has prior convictions in California for robbery, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy to commit robbery — all stemming from 2012.

Prado’s next court appearance is scheduled for July 30, 2026.
